Shutter control (by fader) - Hans - 22-10-2017 Hi, How can I control my shutters by fader? For example, I patched a strobe, then I set my dimmer to a playbackfader, but how can I control my shutter (=speed) in live situations? I prefer to put it on a fader or direct action by an encoder in playbackmode. Now I changed the shutter in "dimmer2" but that's not ideal and the right way I guess. Is there a solution? ps. The same for al the shutters... e.g. moving heads. RE: Shutter control (by fader) - sneaker - 23-10-2017 save a cue with a value of 255 for shutter. link the cue to a fader and set the fader to infade. now you can control the shutter with fader. Thanks it worked after several times to try..... I couldn't fix it, without an important thing, I din't noticed before. I saw later, that several fixtures in the libary, have the shutter on snap instade of fade and than, it doesn't work. Correct me if a'm wrong. |
