Elo Touch 1440x900 res

Hello all,

i have an elo touch display with 1440x900 resolution and when i connect it to the chimp 300 it will detected as 1440x900 which is fine........but the windows of chimp OS are overlaping and i cant use the system like this.

Is it only possible with an 1920x1080 display or do you find a way to recalculate the windows on different resolutions of a second screen ?

Hi Sascha,

as the Software is dedicated to 1920x1080, it is not possible to recalculate this to your desired resolution.
so yes, only external monitors which are capable of outputing 1920x1080 will work fine on the Chimp consoles.
