Grand master used for speed

Hi to all, so what's the sense of using the grand Master as " Speed Master "but if you bring it to 0% ittakes also the intensity to 0 ?

I am not sure what and how you are having this issue.
Please include steps to reproduce as otherwise I am not sure what the issue would be
