I bought a second hand Chimp (300G2), and it works fine...except. Every once in a while it shows that message:
Whoops! It looks like the Server crashed.
If this issue persists, please post a bug report in the Forum, including the steps that lead to the crash.
Well, there are no specific steps. The last time it occurred, it was just after startup. Rebooting helped.
One show we had it 3 times. Other shows run without any problems.
There are other odd things as well:
- there is one showfile that cannot be deleted (it has version 0)
- at times, the UI freezes for a few seconds, goes back to the backup screen (if I remember well, to open another file, then seems to open the last showfile again). And it runs again without problems.
Steps to reproduce: nothing special, seems random
Expected behaviour: not doing this
