Confirmation on changing default cuelist settings

Hi,
Would it be possible to open a little Confirmation dialog by clicking on the "save cuelist settings as default" button? Then you would have a little feedback if it worked and could deny it if it was an accident

Coming back to this:
Do you mean a confirmation after the settings have been saved? Or a confirmation *before* the settings will be saved?

I think a confirmation before they will be saved would be more helpful, e.g. if you get the button by accident you can still cancel it

I think this would annoy me personally a lot, but I can see this from the other perspective too.
I feel we should gather some more feedback before implementing this.
