Lampy connection to WYSIWYG / Capture

Hi,

I'm trying to connect my Lampy console to WYSIWYG R40, but I'm not having any success.

When I attempt to connect it using Art-Net (Artistic License), the connection fails.

Is there another way to connect it? Is it possible to connect it to WYSIWYG R40 or the Capture visualizer?

I would really appreciate your help and look forward to your response.

Connecting your Lampy console to WYSIWYG R40 can sometimes be that's not my neighbor tricky, but there are a few options you can explore.

Are the IP addresses of the Lampy console and the computer running the WYSIWYG R40 in the same range? For example, if your console is set to `2.x.x.x`, your PC should be in the same range (`2.x.x.x` with a different last digit). Or you can check your firewall settings to see if they are blocking Art-Net traffic.

Hi Kevin, you might try connecting via sACN (Streaming Architecture for Control Networks) as an alternative to Art-Net, papa louie, as it can sometimes provide a more stable connection with WYSIWYG R40.
