iiyama PROLITE T2252MTS kein Bild

Ich haben einen iiyama PROLITE T2252MTS an einer Chimp300 angeschlossen, wird aber nicht erkannt. Ich habe nicht mal ein Bild auf dem Monitor.

Hast du schon mal einen anderen Monitor probiert?
Wir hatten auch das Problem bis wir gemerkt haben das der HDMI Stecker sich in der Konsole gelockert hat.

Nein habe ich noch nicht. Den Tipp mit dem aufschrauben und nachschauen haben wir vom Support auch bekomme waren da aber auf Produktion und nicht Möglichkeit das Pult mal aufzuschrauben. Zudem es im Moment nur ein Demo Gerät ist. Aber wir werden es uns die Tage mal ansehen.

our console has now arrived. first the monitor did not go again. have then opened and connections checked. now it's working. here you have to work on quality control!

I've te same issue with an iiyama T2252MTS and a Chimp 300. After many manipulations on the iiyama screen, plug/unplug HDMI, USB or sector alimentation, it's working.
I don't think that the problem come from the chimp...
