Internally each Cuelist has a value for each supported fader type, this is also the case for cuelists that are linked to executors (since the fader value is stored / set in the cuelist rather than in the fader or executor, which is really just a link to the cuelist), so setting them to 0% at start also means that no executor would output any values.
The extends of this issue is not trivial - and neither is the issue trivial to solve.
Should we decide to change this behaviour I will update the thread accordingly.
