LAMPY 20, DONGLE YES, 1.1, Master fader infade/playback fader dimmer who s the boss
Posted by: LightDark - 29-03-2021, 11:05 PM - Forum: LAMPY General Questions - Replies (3)

Lampy 20, 2 universes

Software Version
1.1

External touch screen connected:
Yes

No USB devices, no network devices

Short description of the bug:
If you have a playback under the master playback and the fader of the original playback is a dimmer, you always have to open that one. Inconvenient if on a different page or if you forget top open it.
The infade fader of the master playback does not overrule that. Also the GO does not overrule that.

How to reproduce the bug
Put a playback with the fader in dimmer function under the Master playback with an infade function and try.

What do you expect?
I expect the Master playback to be the Master, even when the original dimmer fader is closed.

Lampy 20, 2 universes

Software Version
1.1

External touch screen connected:
Yes

No USB devices, no network devices
Short description of the bug:
If I connect a touchscreen, and I plug the USB in a  blue (3.0) USB port, I can' t power up the console. If I unplug the USB cable, it starts up immediate. If I plug it back, the internal screen goes off. If I plug the screen in the grey (2.0) USB ports there is no problem

How to reproduce the bug
Plug a touch screen in the blue USB port before startup and try to power the console

What do you expect?
I expect that it does not matter which USB port I use

Lampy 20, 2 universes

Software V
1.1

External touch screen connected:
Yes
No USB devices, no network devices

Short description of the bug:
If I have lights switched on, with DMX output, the values of the DMX output screen on the internal screen only show zero's, no values. The external screen does show live values in the DMX output screen.

How to reproduce the bug:

switch on some lights, have DMX output and look in the internal DMX output screen

What do you expect?

I expect that I see the real, live DMX that the desk outputs at the internal DMX output screen

DMX Test / Channel Search Function
Posted by: Felix - 18-03-2021, 04:18 PM - Forum: Chimp Feature Requests - Replies (3)

Hi there! Idea
So glad to have this Chimp300. Before this, I was working on a LightCommander, and something is interesting on this one: if you don't know the physical patch, you can search your dimmer with the knob. It's very helpfull when the control room is far from the dimmer, and you don't know the light plot...

I can do differently with the Chimp, but not as soon as the LightCo.
It would be awesome on the Chimp to have this option! Or if you are a tip or a trick..
Thanks!!

  All off except
Posted by: Foxpower - 02-03-2021, 03:57 PM - Forum: LAMPY Feature Requests - Replies (1)

It would be good to have a command "ALL OFF- EXCEPT". You want to RELEASE(OFF) all Cuelists EXCEPT the Frontlights or others. Shift-OFF - Releases all even the Frontlight and Positions of the movingheads...or a command " Don't release if overwritten" would be great.

  Fixture Exchange
Posted by: Foxpower - 02-03-2021, 03:52 PM - Forum: LAMPY Feature Requests - Replies (1)

When you use a factory fixture, and you want to change (default) somthing, you have to programm the whole movinghead again (fixtures, color, beam, prism, position etc.) It would be so cool if we can change the fixture without programming the whole movinghead again....
