Infinity put out. As a judge for the challenge i am so excited to see what you monkeys can create with
the Chimp console. i'm hoping you guys share your most awesome creations.

Is there a possibility to integrate the Faders into the Midi Control?
Also the Highlight/Prev/Next would be nice to have as an Midi Note as im going to use the Chimp with my wireless Midi dongle and so i could setup my profile and Fresnels in the roof without walking to the console after every single Fixture.

Hello i am a new Chimp 300 user

And a have a small Problem

I want to progamm a MAIN OVERRIDE Button for Strobe my par cans.

I programmed some chases for my running light and from time to time during the show i need a Strobe button wich override the runninglight  in full mode , every par can should strobe together. After release the Strobe Flash button it schould go back to the running light.

I tried this a few times but everytime i programmed a Strobe button it only strobes the Chase i programmed or i had to stop the chase then i could stobe und start the chase again.

Maybe someone can help

Hi Everyone

I had a problem with unresponsive touch screen. Calibration was working but I couldn't do anything by touchscreen.
I was thinking that it could be software error because when I was starting console in home my Cat sat down on keyboard. I was pretty sure that he did something with keys combination   But I also checked place of contact touch screen with casing. I couldn't find anything! I was calling for technical support, tryed to reinstal software and nothing was helping. But one more time I checked contact place. This time using small paint brush. And I felt that there is something between screen and casing. It was a grain of sand!!   If you will have problems with touchscreen, look for it!

A few more attempts and I would kill that cat

We have a Chimp300 and a Banana Wing. If both are connected, the Universe 5 and 6 should be unlocked. But it is not. What can be the problem. Otherwise everything works with the Wing. OS 1.05 is installed.

Hey guys, i have a question

Today, i wanted to creat a movinghead Wash/Zoom fixture manually. This movinghead has 19 LEDs, In 34Ch Mode it is possible to controlle LED Groups seperately. For example: The upper half LED ring, the middle LED ring, the center LED and so on. 

The Channel discription says something like:
CH6 LED Group 1 Red
CH7 LED Group 1 Blue
CH8 LED Group 1 Green
CH9 LED Group 1 White
CH10 LED Group 2 Red
CH11 LED Group 2 Blue
...

there are 5 Groups.

The question now is, is it possible to creat such a fixture within the Chimp 300 or isnt this even possible. If it is, how?
I think you get where the problem is. As setting RED, GREEN or BLUE to multiple channels within ONE fixture isnt possible.

When will come the function that you more than 1 dimmer can add to a custom fixture? You can now add up to 2 dimmers. Like sunstrips with 24 dimmers you can't set them in 1 fixture..

Hello! I wanted to know how to physically connect my chimp 300 to my pc to use capture software. I've never done anything like this before and I'm trying to learn. In particular, I do not understand if I necessarily need an art-net node, or if I can connect it, to the PC only with the ethernet cable.
