is it possible to store a position from an effect? I mean, if i have about 20 moving lights, it would be faster to store a position from an effect than to place all 20 lights individually.

ich bräuchte da mal eine Tip wie ihr das lösen würdet.
Ich würde gerne den Tourhazer mit seinen 2 Känalen auf je einen Fader legen und den Ausstoß und den Fan regeln wie ein Dimmerkanal, nur irgendwie bekomme ich es nicht hin.
Habt ihr einen Tipp für mich, wie man es lösen könnte? 
Aktuell nutze ich eine Cuelist mit festen Werten, aber ich würde es gern auf dem Fader regeln.

Es wäre hilfreich wenn es in Ergänzung zum Cmd Goto eine Cmd gebe der nur an eine Stelle Springt und dabei kein Go macht. Ein Goto ohne go. Damit könnte man endlich einen schönen Colorpicker bauen mit Variationen ohne den Umweg mir skipp.
In Ergänzung dazu wäre es es fein wenn man in Culisten z.B. auf einem Fader den nächsten Cue als "Preload" laden könnte ohne das der gleich auf Go geht. Erst beim nächsten Go muss der dann starten. Damit kann man dann auch im X-Fade variabel zwischen verschieden Cues faden. Ein Cmd als Load Cue X in Cuelist X wäre das dann, mit der Option als Go oder nicht Go am besten.

Hi, ist es möglich ein Tag-Display zu bekommen, da bei den aktuellen Lichtverhältnissen absolut gar nichts zu erkennen ist. Damit ist gemeint, vielleicht die Farben umzukehren oder das Display viel heller zu bekommen, so dass eventuell wieder etwas erkennen kann. Vielen Dank im Voraus

it would be great if there was a possibility to set custom name and appearance to the Master Fader Section, e.g. I often use one Speedmaster for Dim FX and one for movement, and I often get confused which is which during a show. When I Link a Master to Fader 1-10, there is the possibility to change appearance, but the entered name won't be accepted.

I miss a view that only shows one widget like the "Magic Sheet"-View but with the widget selection menu at the edge of the screen.
For example to see the Output Windows maximized. In some cases it would be also nice to have all 4 pages of the virtual executors at once without using the Quad split and so on.

I would find it useful if the blackout values that are configured in the fixture sheets applied when a Groupmaster is at zero for that fixtures in this group.
At the moment only the Grandmaster switches to Blackout for all fixtures.

Please implement gdtf. (2nd step could be mvr).
in this way:
-we can easly download fixture from official site.
-gdtf also brings in 3d model, 2d image and position information(we can move fixture from patch table and then export a plot, and update position on external vis..or even create an external piece of sw like visualizer/plot generator)
-user are able to use online gdtf fixture creator.(chimp one is fastastic and easy but maybe create one fixture for all my stuffs(vectorworks, spotlight, vision, madrix and so on) sounds fun)

One very important lack in chimp is the ability to check for the channel list while patching.
the "info" box is usefull, but sometime we need more data, 'couse , for example, fixture brand names "standard" and "advanced" two modes with the same numbers of channels and we need to check the cannel order...or we have a chinese clone of a famous fixture and we want to check if the original fixture could be ok, or we want to browse a template to create a fixture for a head wich is missing in library.
The way I do it now is to enter in library browser, import both fixture profile and chose the correct one.
My hint to solve this problem is to add a "show channel list" button in the "info" box while patching, and then open up a pop up.
